After this insult, King Jai Singh came back to his Hotel room and asked his servants to call the showroom that King of Alwar city is interested in purchasing their few Cars.

After few hours King reached the Rolls Royce showroom again but with his full astonishing royal manner and in his royal costume. Until he reached the showroom there was already red carpet on the floor and all the salesmen were bent with respect. The King purchased all the six cars that they had at showroom at that time and paid full amount with delivery costs.

After reaching India, King ordered municipal department to use all those six Rolls Royce cars for cleaning and transporting city’s waste. World’s number one Rolls Royce cars were being used for transportation of City’s waste, the news spread all over the world rapidly and the reputation of Rolls Royce Company was in drains.

Whenever someone used to boast in Europe or America that he owned a Rolls Royce, people used to laugh saying, “which one? The same that is used in India for carrying the waste of the City?”

Due to such reputation damages, sales of Rolls Royce dropped rapidly and revenue of company owners started falling down. Then they sent a Telegram to the king in India for apologies and requested to stop transportation of waste in Rolls Royce cars. Not only this but they also offered Six new cars to king free of cost.

When King Jai Singh observed that Rolls Royce has learnt a lesson and they are sorry for their mistakes, king stopped using those cars for carrying wastes.

Being Thrown Off A Train Did Not Stop Her From Climbing Mount Everest, With An Artificial Leg!

Arunima Sinha, a former national level volley ball player from Uttar Pradesh, lost her leg when some burglars pushed her out from a moving train. She was hit by a passing train and suffered severe injuries. The incident took place in 2011 and she recalls it as the darkest hour of her life. After the train incident, doctors had to amputate her leg below the knee to save her life. A rod was inserted inside her leg to provide support to the damaged limb.

But the 26-year-old took this challenge and changed it into an opportunity, becoming the first woman amputee to climb Mount Everest. She joined Eco Everest Expedition group in the Tata Steel Adventure Foundation-run training camp in Uttarkashi and trained under ace mountaineer Bachendri Pal. And 52 days of struggle and hard work, Arunima conquered her dream on 21st May 2013.
“When I was undergoing treatment at AIIMS (All India Institute of Medical Sciences) for four months, I could not do anything on my own. But then one day I decided to climb the Everest,” she says.

When most of us give up on life after the little obstacles we face everyday, Arunima is a great inspiration, standing tall against all odds and refusing to let her spirit be conquered.

Like any other girl, this 25 year old from Patsan village in Bihar, believed that marriage was the most beautiful thing. But she soon faced the bitter reality when her husband and in-laws kept her locked in the bathroom for three long years! All this because their dowry demand wasn’t met.

The victim was rescued last Sunday by police. “The woman could barely open her eyes in the sunlight, as she had survived in darkness, closeted in the small space,” said Seema Kumari, the SHO.

The torture began immediately after her marriage and just grew the moment the she gave birth to a girl child. She was locked, fed on leftover food, not allowed to meet her daughter or parents.

The woman was rescued after much effort by her father Shyam Sundar Singh, who had complained to Darbhanga Senior Superintendent of Police Kumar Ekle, who in turn instructed a lady Inspector to pursue the case immediately.

The police has registered an FIR against the woman’s husband, Prabhat Kumar Singh, father-in-law Dhirendra Singh and mother-in-law Indra Devi. They have been taken into custody.

10626635_258386494370451_6681180961587750879_n

For Gummidipoondi-Chennai Central local train everything was going as normal as every day. But an act of an Indian mongrel changed lives of 6 passengers travelling in that train.

“On Wednesday night, 3rd September 2014, a broken high voltage wire fell in a pool of collected rainwater inside the railway premises. The frantic dog kept barking but people shooed it away. It dashed ahead, jumped in the water, and gave up its life,” said Dawn Williams, General Manager, Blue Cross, an animal welfare NGO.

The dog had barked to warn people around but when commuters paid no heed, she took the final leap. Death came instantly and the commuters were stunned by what they saw as an act of supreme sacrifice. The dog left behind a litter of 10 pups. Blue Cross has taken up the responsibility to find them good homes. Many people have come forward to adopt these little ones.

The brave dog who selflessly embraced a painful death to save the lives of others truly deserves a salute.
